First of all, thank you for the podcast, it really give us great understanding of orthodox faith and tradition. I have a comment on the part you mentioned on the original sin of our Lady Saint Mary. if you will address it, it would be greately apprecaited.
We Ethiopian orthodox tewahdo church believes that Our lady Saint Mary is not only sinless, but also born out of the original sin.
It is possible to list many proofs for this, but for the time being in this article.
We will consider the following three points
    1. Earlier, the Prophets asserted that she does not have the original sin.
1.1 Prophet Isaiah " Except the Lord of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah " Isaiah 1:9 The world from which the seed was saved is the Virgin Mary, the God incarnate.
Saint Paul in his book of Hebrews said, "He holds the seed of Abraham, not the seed of the angels." Heb 1:16. Prophet Isaiah calls the seed of Abraham as the seed that God has left behind It is our Lady, our God, our Savior, Jesus Christ, who is a person to save us. She is the seed that He separated from curse of Eve and adam and saved her with pure flesh and pure soul.
1.2 The Prophet David said, "Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir. Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father's house; So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him" Psalm 44:9-11
An expository is not in any way false, but rather a deep lesson that describes the Virgin Mary for those who read it with understanding.
Gold is an example of purity, and what is called "Derba Derarba-one over the other" means purity of flesh, purity of soul, purity of soul, purity of mind.
It is explained by the fact that forget also ''thine own people, and thy father's house'' means that you are separated from the entire human race and that she did not find original sin. Saint David called our Lady my daughter in his psalm. It explains that she will be born from his seed, and the Lord is called the son of David because he was born from her. He was called the son of David, Matthew 1:1 and her son Jesus Christ, who is called king, and that he loves your beauty means that he likes to man from you.
1.3 The king Solomon, "Thou art all fair, my love; there is no spot in thees" song of Solomon 4:7.
He praised our Lady, my friend, saying that the one who you are purer than that then cursed Adam and cursed Eve.
    2. The greeting of St. Gabriel clearly explains that Our Lady does not have the original sin.
We can see this in three parts as follows
"Rejoice, full of grace, the Lord is with you, you are blessed among women" Luke 1, 28 Let's look at three deep messages from the angel's wonderful words of praise that the mother of God knows no original sin at all.
    2.1 "Oh, full of grace",
Let's take note of "You who are full of grace" in an age when all human beings are said to be lack of grace. It is not because they have sinned, but because the Adamic curse has come to all, that is why it is written that "death reigned even over those who had not sinned." Romans 5:14, therefore, all men are cursed because Adam was cursed. This really explains to us that our Lady is out of the original. Virgin Mary was offered this word of thanks before the conception of Lord. This means that our Lord did not become a man as a ransom for the world that lacked grace. It means that the Virgin Mary was called "full of grace" from her mother's womb.
    2.2 Among women
The second point is that one of the reasons why the Virgin Mary is called blessed apart from women is because she did not receive the curse that came from others due to the original sin, otherwise she would not have deserved this praise. It makes it clear that she is separated in the middle. Therefore, in an age when everyone is said to be under the curse without distinction, if she is said to be different, it means that the mother of God will not be guuilty of the original sin. If it is said that, Glory to our Lady, the original sin applys to her, how can she be different from others? Therefore, do we say that the angel's words of greeting are wrong? we do not claim that. We testify that Virgin Mary is a pure saint, different from the cursed Adam and Eve.
    2.3 You are blessed.
Thirdly, from the angel's word of thanks, which reminds us that the Virgin Mary has no original sin is , you are blessed.
which is the profound and powerful word. It is very surprising that in the same word, her son Jesus Christ is also praised in the same place
"Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb." Luke 1:42
May God give us mind of awareness, "Blessed are you, and blessed is the Lord." means that the original curses do not apply to them. Therefore, the saying that you are blessed means that you do not have a curse, and when saying that the Lord is blessed, it means that the one who removes the curse from others.
Let's note the difference. When our mother is called blessed, it means that God protected her from the curse starting from her mother's womb.
And when it is said that he is blessed, it means that the one who cursing does not suit his character and is the one that keeps cursing away from others.
In general, Virgin Mary, as we have seen more than a little in the angel's greeting speech, is that the original sin does not apply at her at all.
 To say that Our Lady Virgin Mary has inherited sin is to insult the pure nature of our Lord.
When our Lord Jesus Christ became a man to save the world, he did not come down from heaven with flesh and soul.
instead took from the Virgin Mary. Regarding this, St. Paul says, "Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. Hebrews 2:14-15
Therefore, when the Lord became a man, flesh and soul is taken from the Virgin Mary, and if she was cursed, glory to God, are we to say that the Lord has united the sined flesh? If we say so, we have become like Jews
Because they are the Jews who dared to say that the Lord is guilty of sin.
"We know that this man is a sinner" John 9:24
And we bear witness that the flesh arose from Our Lady sinlesss, like our true ancestors.
We believe that our Lord was born from the flesh and soul of our Lady who is pure and holy.
We testify, "O Virgin, have mercy on me, O Virgin, have mercy on me in holiness."
" O Virgin, you did not know
uncleanness like the women who were
before you, and would come after you, but
you are adorned with holiness and purity. THE ANAPHORA OF ST. MARY 5:42
Holy Church carefully teaches What we believe about the Virgin Mary, which she is directly or indirectly related to the human nature of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
    Glory to God!

In Homily 24 on the Epistle to the Romans, St. John Chrysostom speaks critically of birth control practices
    For example he said,
"Why do you sow where the field is eager to destroy the fruit? Where there are medicines of sterility? Where there is murder before conception? ... You do not let a prostitute remain a prostitute, but make the harlot into a murderer also. Do you see how drunkenness leads to whoredom, whoredom to adultery, adultery to murder?"
What do you think about it ?

I have one random question for a follow up episode. Is there any form of Yoga that the Orthodox Church may accept as in line with Christianity? Maybe the Indian Church would know more on this? I'm wondering if there are body exercises similar to yoga without the Hindu theme, or if we can do yoga without that element
