Tomato cream pasta 🍅 (rose pasta)

Hi guys, welcome back!
Was craving pasta 🍝 today, but cold nto find a creamy rose pasta that’s not too crazily expensive
This was nice light and creamy, and perfectly cooked as well
Do try it out:
300 g pasta
½ onion
5 cloves garlic
2.5 tbsp tomato paste (add more, for a stronger taste highly recommended: depends on brand as well!)
½ cup milk
¾ cup heavy cream
⅓ cup pasta water salt & pepper
parmesan (for topping)
