But artificial sweeteners may be likelier to make you get hungry, eat more throughout the day and develop diabetes. Sugar is OK in limited amounts and in the context of a healthy diet. Here are some of the side effects of artificial sweeteners :Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders,Weight Gain, Cancer, headaaches and migraines, Cardiovascular disease, risk of diabetes, stroke, dementia and memory loss. The fish you ate is called kinilaw. It is raw milkfish cooked in vinegar acid(no fire). With some tomatoes, ginger, onions, cucumber and little salt. It's basically like fish salad.
@@piacash5216 based in the looks of it, it should be Bangus kinilaw. Tuna kinilaw's meat should be reddish even if it's Cooked with vinegar. And regarding the taste for me Bangus kinilaw is better because it is not fishy(malangsa).

try visiting the northern part of the country. I'd recommend the ilocos region, Cordillera (mountainous) region, and batanes which is considered the most beautiful province in the Philippines. They also have alot of beaches there that is comparable to boracay specifically in the Ilocos region. While the Cordillera region is known for its cold climate in a tropical country. You should also try looking up las casas Filipinas de Acuzar in bagac bataan, which is pretty much a town full of hundreds of years old Filipino houses. It's pretty close to manila so it's an easy travel when you come back to manila.

If island-hopping, it's advisable to have surf shoes (just polyster mesh on top and soft rubber soles, so as not to hurt heels of feet) because of the sharp corals where islands are made. For any accidental head butt or arm or leg trauma, briskly rub so the pain is not concentrated & hematoma won't happen.

We are exactly in the middle of the equator making us a tropical rainforest country. When you look at the World map, you can easily identify us. That is why a lot of conquistador in the past tried to invade us but destiny allowed us to be free from foreign rule. Im so proud to be a Filipino and as a citizen we'll try our best to improve it.
