Considering they had to change the russians whith the chinese for the first game to avoid controversy, i'm pretty sure this time it will be the other way around.

Believe me, the game is totally worst and pay to win. And the evil thing that happened is the developer reset all players data. So you have to start again from the beginning no matter how much many you spent earlier.
I wonder what they replaced the evil China of Fallout with.
