Summits On The Air (SOTA) Activating Rocky Spur the Hard Way!

Scott returns for another ham radio themed adventure as the team ascends Rocky Spur via Vaughn's Gap and the Blur Wall Preserve, to "activate" this unique summit the hard way! This 3091 foot summit is the seventh highest in South Carolina and designated as W4C/US-007 by the Summits On The Air (SOTA) program. Along the way our adventurers pass through a beautiful forest and take a closer look at a piece of history hidden in the shadow of Hogback Mountain.
