Joe Fixit has been a long time champion in MCoC and for that entire time has needed a Buff. In 2021 he finally received that buff and is now a Utility machine with many different ways to place him including increasing his Combat Power Rate, Attack Rating and even having a Life Steal mechanic. Do the bonuses on special attacks from Sig Ability stack? like does the number of cards from a single suit have an effect?

I know there are some people that would disagree with me but I’m still not a Joe fixit fan. He does have a lot of utility but I’ll probably never rank mine, but again I know players that think he is great. Play around with him in some lower content a bit to see what you think
