RWBY: War - Orchestral Metal Remix

Like Hero before it, I wanted to include some of the score as a intro, though I puzzled for a while on how much to include, since the whole of "And Then You Trained Us" is pretty long. After deciding what I wanted to use and transcribing it, I had the idea to use a alarm or siren, so I put in the one from Star Wars.
When it came to transcribing the main track, this took some doing, as I could barely tell what was doing what. Doing the guitars wasn't too bad, but the vocals took a few passes at them to get right. And on that one, my main goal for this track was to arrange it so that each individual singer has more to do, especially from the 2nd verse onwards. To that end, I had them do harmonies where-ever possibly. This how-ever came with the trade-off that I had to keep things light on the orchestration, as all the voices in the high range and the absolute wall of guitars in the low range didn't leave much room for anything else.
Time spent working on the track: 44 hours.

It might just be me, but the vocals are somewhat quiet in relation to the instrumental, it's hard to hear the lyrics

Thank you. :D This is one of those ones that's just not the same without the build-up.
As for the mixing, you might be right. You're not the first to say. I felt the vocals were mixed kinda loudly in my previous work, so I tried something different here. But I'll go back to the old levels going forward. lol
