Thank you for your nice comments! The water does not seep inside the stamp only because I had wet the cardboard before adding the color, without wetting the stamp, and the color stays where there is water only. It will not go where it is dry. It is important to use a good watercolor cardboard. And I work with the Intuition brushes from Artegria (Amazon), inexpensive and which I like very much. Oops... I realize I didn't give the correct answer for "pencils" :-) I use Tombow watercolor pencils.
