For example: a man robbs a bank, and when the guard tried shooting the robber but misses and hit a costumer. The costumer died and while some say its on the guard, it Would not have happened if the robber had not robbed the bank.

when u discard ur firearm at that woman it was a split second decision it was hard to notice if it was a gun or taser i thing u chose ur instinked and ur training so in my opinion what u did was correct . Great video
