Amen brother, same here. Don't ever allow a church to use and abuse you for their own personal gain. Our salvation is in Jesus alone, not church attendance or how much money you give to the church. You cannot work your way to heaven and so many are being deceived and doing it.
I was raised in the Building(church), I was in the choir, church secretary, was cooking for every event, attended every pagan event, cleant the building every other week(alone), did not ask for a dime for any of the services I provided, but I was doing everything wrong an God decided to show me an thats when I knew I was doing it all wrong, ALL God wanted was my heart, I now read God's word with an understanding, an I try everyday to walk in Gods word, an yes my heart belongs to the Holy Spirit. No more buildings, I am the Church.
You just needed a balance. God will honor you serving in that capacity because you were sincere. It wasn't invain. Keep moving in your new season.

To ALL Ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, when GOD gives instructions to do something a certain way, we must walk in Obedience & do exactly what He tells us. Bottom line, what i received from this anointed message, and I don't mean to be so blunt, but it's the truth, we have to be VERY careful how we handle GOD'S BUSINESS or else we could end up DEAD before OUR TIME. Remember, Obedience is better than sacrifices.
Can you walk in peace on the Street as I have the same story but now whenever I see church folks on the road them look at me as if is me did put Jesús on the cross
You still on the good way learning God's ways.
Because as we believe in Jesus Christ we are the part of the body of Christ= together=the church.
But not the building.

My mom was a minister and pastor all my life. She shared with me what my grandmother would say, just because you’re at church every time the doors open does not mean you’re saved. I learned to say NO and rest in it.

I had a vision of my sister who is active in ministry doing too much. I watched a video online of her services in which she tarried in the service for over four hours. She looked extremely exhausted and out of breath. I felt compelled to inform my parents of what I observed. I thought mom would be able to relay the message of concern to her. I honestly felt she was in need of a break and needed to spearhead others to carry some of the weight in ministry. I didn’t think it went over well however today while lying in bed I received this confirmation video as a notification. I don’t follow Reginald Sharpe so there was no way for this exact revelation to end up in my feed. I immediately forwarded it to my sister. I thank God for being mindful of all creation. If you are ever unsure the creator is speaking clear to you just be patient and wait for the confirmation. I’m overjoyed today and assured that God is not threw with me yet.

There's a sacrifice in serving God. If you die serving him you have a reward waiting in your havenly home.
@@wesleyearldavis503 obedience is better than sacrifice. The debt has been paid by the death burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ. Why are we still sacrificing like those people under the mosaic laws? Jethro the father in law of Moses had to tell him to deputize other leaders within the camp of the children of Israel to help with keeping track of them. Moses was exhausted and overwhelmed. Some leaders feel it’s their duty to be apart of everything associated with ministry. You are not the creator. You are not omnipresent. We must use wisdom.
Pray for her to find balance. Sometimes that maybe her peace and comfort. She will grow out of it as she transition into another season.

Nothing is wrong with going to church. Is when we serve the church instead of God, thats the problem. The church (building) is an Idol to some of us.
A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS WHAT MATTER.
Amen!! Jesus has already died for the church and we don't have to die for the church. I've lived by this revelation of Jesus for about the last five years. I will not sacrifice my family on the Alta of ministry ever again.

This is the best message I have ever listened to. I come from Africa that most of our citizens dies for the church . They delegate all their time to the church and forget about themselves and family.
Balance in both ministry and general life is a must and balance is different for everyone. Sometimes you have to keep some people at a healthy arms length distance so that they will not spiritually and mentally drain you.
Now that's TRUTH!
That's exactly what happened to me. Tried to keep my distance but then accused of not being a nice person. Why would I keep your company when you gossiped about the person you sit next to in church week after week, who happens to be your "best friend."

Excellent message: ministry will take a strong hold on you, if you don't allow the Holy Spirit to minister through you. The church belongs to the Lord, the gifts/anointing are from God, and the pastors belong to God. God is Holy and we do not need to change God's method and/or godly wisdom for His kingdom. God ways works and will always work better than humanity. He draws, He sets, He consecrate, He empowers, He execute, and He establish. This message came up by the grace of God, so I listened to it, and it was very to the point. God's ways still work!!!!!!!

There are some Hypocrites who think they are doing God a favor just by going to Church regularly even though their minds are somewhere else and therefore they should just stay at home. To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice! 🙏🏽
Do not forsake the gathering of the brethren! You can still go to church every Sunday without being overwhelmed. You just have to know that you and your family is your first ministry and MOST important. 🙏 If you can't take care of yourself you definitely can't take care of anyone else.

Reminds me of my former "church". Abuse included spending lengthy hours in church. Worse being in the leadership. Meetings would last hours when in summary could have lasted 30 minutes. Intimidation and interrogation was the order of the day. Thank you Jesus for delivering me from the yoke of guilt, condemnation, fear and cult!

As a minister of the gospel, I can relate, church ppl. almost killed me, I was out of church close to 5 year's, I was totally exhausted, and, was wounded. I thank God, for Jesus, who healed me, and, seperated me from the church, and the rituals of the church.. He has set my feet, on a solid foundation in Him..
