Sir, in question 26:32 there is a simpler way to find the solution using midpoint theorem.
C(7,1) , D(3,5)
So, x = 7+3/2 and y = 1+5/2
X = 5, Y= 3
Then, putting these values as per the values given in the option, we see that (a) X - Y = 2 is correct as, 5-3 = 2.

In practice problem 4 28:08 , there is an easy alternative for it , just apply mid point theorem , then put value in linear equation (can be worked on 1-2 mrk ques, if it's objective and we don't have to justify our answer )
