It seem your building just doesn’t have Ac, but so far most buildings in the Bay Area have AC. It’s just probably not much of a necessity because it doesn’t too hot only in the Summer, but tops hot is 90 degrees.

Yes they’re different! There are honestly so many dorm buildings for grad students and undergrads and they’re all different. Some grads/undergrads have roommates and some don’t! all the grad students have kitchens/bathrooms I’m pretty sure, but some undergrads might only have communal

good to know!! summers (and some fall and some spring) in TN would’ve been miserable without AC lol but yeah it’s pretty comfy here!
I live in Arizona and lived in Los Angeles. 90 is hot you’ll want to grab a portable AC if they have some in stock.
