In the bot interface, the LIBERATOR gets a new name when it sieges, it is then a LIBERATORAG, notice the Anti-Ground at the end. This is probably not known or implemented by Visenya's author yatahunt.
What bot interface? Are there any boys made by "amateurs? I mean, like a program like myself can use, having no previous experience or knowledge of programming?
@@anderandersson5229 You see a game between two bots here. Both those bots are made by amateurs in the sense that they are not payed but have this hobby. Your amount of programming experience, your game knowledge and your time available will get your bot to a certain strength, measurable in our bot ladder. The bot interface is a necessity to making a bot, we are lucky Starcraft2 has one.
Visenya seems really unfinished. It seems like it could be really insane once it's done. I don't care if he asks us or not, I'm doing it anyway: MORE BOTS!
I think it was interesting finding the gaps in the programming. Visenya had several cases of good behaviour that just slightly fell flat, like the use of biles and how it assigned units to specific tasks (harass, defend harass) but unfortunately didn't keep the units on their job
