Ned Rush is an infotaining universe of ideas for ways to make music, including areas of music production, music composition, sampling, synthesisers and sound design in software like Ableton, MaxMSP, Reason, and on hardware such as eurorack modular, Elektron boxes like the Octatrack and Analog Rytm, also visual art strategies using Jitter, focusing on music genres such electronica, IDM, glitch, jungle, breakcore, electro-acoustic, musique concrete, as well as discussing music via interviews and podcasts, and music performances via livestreams.

As a long-term Max user, this video has cured my long-standing (15 year??) fear of Jitter. What an idiot I was. This has honestly cracked the thing open for me and made so many things possible. Thank you, sir!
I can't speak for your 2023 presence, but you sir from a year ago are my new favorite person. I recently decided (again) to try diving headlong into Max focusing on jit -- this video is great for getting an understanding for how things relate to each other and can work. Hey Ned , what is the best way now days to make a max amp ? Do you think a blue tooth receiver Pyle 7.1 surround 2000 watt will do ? I have a bunch of speakers I rescued from trash week .. It seems it would probably just pop up in max in audio status in multi output device ?Is there an advantage to a sound card to route to individual speakers? I probably need a da c~ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 tutorial , good to see you still have a pulse,
I'm trying to make this work sending an audio file from disk (sfplay ~) to jit.catch connected to a bit.pwindow but not seeing anything :(

@@jackbaradog I misspelled the 'param time' inside the 'jit.gen' patch, that's why it wasn't working. I hope it was helpfull
