Good suggestions. I have been with the same company for over 11 years. The main motivation is the day to day challenges offered by working with people across the world. However over past year there is a considerable disconnect with the job and I have been dragging myself to work and looking for new challenges. Will edit my story according to your suggestions. Thank you

So much drama for a peanut monthly salary 😂 , where you cannot even buy a car without emi , while the top executives are having a lot of wealth and multiple income sources.
At the end of the day, you need to ask yourself is it really worth it ?

Thoughtful video! I have a question though. Is there a way we can inform the recruiters that the potential job hop that it appears on the resume is not of our fault but due to other reasons like lay-off, company shut down(especially startups), medical issues, personal issues etc that happened while at the job? Can we include such information in the cover letter perhaps?
I came across a post in LinkedIn where a candidate had spent less than a year in 3 companies in a span of 5 years but none of the exits were voluntarily initiated by the candidate and were solely due to factors out of her control.

I have around 17 years of experience, and I am a manager. I hardly stayed in an organization for 2+ years. Till now I have switched 8 companies. Right now I am trying to stick to the company that I am working with. But during one of the project interviews, the manager of the team told me he wouldn’t have picked my resume by looking at the number of times I have switched companies but he is taking me in because I did the initial round of interview very well. Now I am in a situation. I am on bench now and I want to switch to a different organization as I am getting not so positive outlook from the company. Please let me know if I need to switch company now or wait for a bit long and then try to get a project within the company? I see lots of red flags as the company is losing clients at a faster rate.

Before joining a company one can't assess the pros and cons of the company job. If there is overload of work and the salary is not satisfactory it's better to quit.

They should not raise job hopping concerns in the final round, if they are really worried they should not shortlist resume.

Hi Pavan, I joined a wall street corporate via contractual role but fortunately given my performance, they offered me a full time role within 3 months which I accepted. It has been a month since my full time conversion. They are investing pretty nicely to me to mould me as i am a first year analyst but it is an operations role in investment banking. I feel sometime the work can be a little repetitive and the pay is not that good or glamorous from a career perspective. Moreover, I don’t feel like making a career in operations as well but rather be in dynamic projects with creative challenges.
Is this too early to jump to other jobs with more dynamism more versatile like consulting or related roles.

    There is no right time.
Kya manager khud kbhi guarantee dega ki wo 40 saal ek hi company me rukega.
    Nhi dega n..
So in private sector depends on few people looking for growth money
And few looking for work life balance.
To ye to individual decision hota he.
Waise bhi kisko kya karna he ye baat koi bhi decide nhi kr skta.
Nahi to jis din phasoge to labour act ke tehat vakil ke jute to khane hi pdenge.....😄
Kyoki private sector me logo ko ungli krne ki aadat hoti he...
Pta chala khudike gand me Naa ghus jaye....😂😂😂
Police aur lawyer ka juta jis din padta he to hosh aa jate he...

In my opinion change job as much possible as you can because in IT a change gives a growth which may require years of staying in a single company
