I know your reason but I hadn’t heard in any videos that your half and half.. I know there’s a thing going on bout the whole blaxican thing and people are taking that seriously.. food brings people together for the most part but there’s more so that people take that race thing to the next level... other then that being said hope you get that blessing and shoot for the stars open up restaurants specifically on the west coast areas . Cali,AZ all the states close to the west coast. I’d like to try that food myself.... much respect ✊🏽
Smoked turkey and collards. Do you do like we do in SC, and smother them with onions? If not, make a personal batch that includes mad YELLOW onions. They'll come around like sniffing dogs, Sir.
OMG! You're an amazing chef. However, those overcooked collards are a commodity in SC, GA, MS, etc! The southeast! Elderly folks LOVE soggy products. Smoked turkey, mad yellow onions, and cooked TENDER, that is OUR word. They would line up in they Hoverounds.
