You are in your room, with a cheap camera and mic, but you play and sing beautifuly. That's amazing, you bring us a kind of universe, your universe. New sub for you, because you realy deserve this
Hey, I was changing the strings recently and I was able to find the model, it's a Yamaha A Kay No. KDG 88! I hope that helps, I'm not sure if they still sell it cause it seems to be kind of old.
This is divine. I don't think I've heard something this good in recent memory. I had this on loop for a solid hour. Holy crap, I wish I could like something more than once cuz you deserve at least a million for this masterpiece.
Oh my god i randomly found you. you play so beautifully! keep it up i would really like to see you become a famous artist if you want to pursue it, i'm already rooting for you. I'm excited to be one of your first fans!!! :))
Hey, thank you! I mostly followed these chords tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/tab/frank-ocean/ivy-chords-1870310 but transposed down a half step. I did a few variations here and there (instead of C or C6 I played Cmaj7 for both, but again, down a half step so instead of B or B6 it would be Bmaj7) but if you follow the chords there it sounds pretty much like the original. For the strumming pattern I basically just play the base note of each chord with the thumb going down and the rest of the notes with the other fingers going up, so it would be like [down, up, down, up, up, down, up] if you were strumming. I hope that wasn't too confusing lol, let me know if I should clear anything up and I hope that helps!
@@TurboSlapster Transposing is basically moving the chords up or down to change the pitch. So instead of using the original chords (C - Dm - Am - Dm) I moved them a half step down so it would be a bit lower (B - Dbm - Abm - Dbm). There’s also a tool on Ultimate Guitar at the bottom where it transposes the chords for you. If you click on the -1 it will give you the chords I used. Every number is a half step, so -1 will transpose the chords a half step down, +1 will transpose them a half step up, etc. If you tune the guitar a half step down you could use the original chords from the link. But personally I find it easier to transpose the chords so you don't have to change the entire tuning of the guitar!
Thank you! I used these tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/tab/frank-ocean/ivy-chords-1870310 but transposed down a half step. If you follow the ones from the link they are in the original key!
@@hxwls0uldid you use a different tuning? This is the only acoustic guitar version i found, it's absolutely perfect! I really want to learn it but the sound doesn't match. I tried using the original chords and tuning down hald a step but i couldn't get it right.
Thanks! Here's the link I used tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/tab/frank-ocean/ivy-chords-1870310 I played it a half step lower but those chords are pretty much the same as the original :)
You could always learn! There's a lot of free resources online, and I think it's one of the more accessible instruments to start learning on your own (and it's really fun). Good luck if you do :)

@@hxwls0ul What's your guitar by the way ?
@@Nilrempm It's a Yamaha, but I'm afraid I'm not sure what the specific model is since I got it second-hand.

@@hxwls0ul Cool, I found it, that seems to be a 70's guitar. Your guitar is uncommon. You are lucky to have it
