I actually like the third to last one. It was spacious and beautiful but when I saw the wet wall I was like noooo 😭 I was sad cos I really liked that one
Hi Margret, I’m sure you probably know what area in ikj you want to stay, I will recommend you visit there at your leisure, look around to see houses that are up for rent. Another option is to pick the number of an agent from any vacancy poster you see, Call the again up nd tell him what you want precisely, best of luck.
Hi, I’m not an agent and I also do not stay around ikj so I can’t really help. What I can advice is that you create a free day to visit the particular area you have an eye for, check around or ask around to find available apartments for rent and possibly view them, which is exactly how I can show this houses you see in my videos . Another option incase you are busy is to find available apartment around your current location, get the agent’s details, contact them and tell them you need a one bedroom apartment in ikeja. It doesn’t matter what area you got the contact from as long as it’s on the mainland cause in most cases, the agent will either have an available house or knows some that those, most of them have a group in which they shared information amongst themselves irrespective of their territory. I wish you all the best in finding your perfect home.
You're doing a great job, keep It up
Thank you

I know right, water would funds it’s way in when it starts raining, and no matter how much you spend on you walls, it will spoil again.
The landlord, agent and Architect that design the last apartment should be arrested and jailed.
Lmao
Island is okay in dry season...but during raining season...it's a no no....
That bad water stuff is another no no.
Yhh true, I would say depending on where you stay but as long as you step out of your house, you will most likely be affected by the flood

i think that house was originally a duplex not an apartment that is why the "room" is small, i think it was not originally a room.
