Celine when discovered by David Foster was singing ("mimicking"?) Barbra Streisand.. Charice is singing the songs of the greatest singers in this generation.. It is not mimicking, these hit songs she sings just demionstrate that her talent can be at par if not greater than the greatest.
charice is a born performer. as long as she sings, never mind if the band mess it up or no back up singers, she is a well rounded entertainer where the stage is an extension of herself. so people around her cannot help but admire what she is doing. to fasterthanbullet: get in your black hole and stay there forever.
Come on guys you should be at least thankful to vms96688 for posting that video. Understand that it is often as difficult to record anything when people around you are moving a lot as It also has to do with the technology involved. Now if anyone has a better one from that event, feel free to post it as well... Anyway thanks a lot vms96688 for posting that video of Charice since a lot of us, I'm sure, weren't able to go to that event.
...the vid may be shaky but the sound was captured well...thanks for this upload and for the people here...stop feeding the trolls lurking and commenting in these vids of Charice...they are are really just an envious bunch because they can and could never have the talent this little Diva was blessed with even if they train for a hundred years! @dessam2: I was NOT dancing but my camera was! People all around me were totally into the concert and moved by Charice's powerful vocal - they jump, they continuously tap their feet on the connected seats, they screamed ... And their reactions is an earthquake to my poor little camera on the tripod !

with the release of her upcoming album...we can expect more materials, songs to sing in her future concerts...hoping that she can infuse some from her pinoy's album like- always you, it can only get better, you're so amazing...this could take eternity...however, people will be entertained for sure...way to go our little princess growing up to be next queen of the concert scene...a title reserve to madonna
charice is definetely a certified professional singer!!! she can rock even with the out of tune band!!! i feel sorry for this band...charice was to good for them....they should play only for macy grace..who sang an out of tune national anthem!

Islands are also associated with the islands of the Philippines, so LantaoIslands' channel should be deemed as the "Watching/Viewing(as in youtube) Islands". Just wanna let you know about my take on this, Quite creative!

they should compose a matching choreography to IWS...moonwalk is too corny for it (i still close my eyes but not the ear -she sang it beautifully...whenever i watched the GMA performance & the sanremo-it's perfect w/o the moonwalk per se)...FP is a little better 'though it also needs some crisp choreography in the future...
