I think that's best example of what animation is. Animation shouldn't be fotorealistic, it should feel real. Doesn't matter how much budget you have, matter how you adjust it. Yeah, you probably use manga frames as reference and some other fetures to simplify process, but it result the impact from this animation is harder than Saitama punch.
