Cheese Manufacturer Martins in Salir, Algarve

Idálio Ramos is a young producer of quality goat cheese in the center of the Algarve region. The main objective of the project was to maintain the traditional family production of goat cheese, whilst increasing its capacities and meeting current hygienic-sanitary requirements for the development of the activity. The manufacturer was equipped with modern technological solutions for milking and dairy processing that allowed for increased production capacity. The milk to process is also received from other goat breeders from Algarve.
