Wow!!! The pace she speaks and the tone are perfect. Into my 5th week of being isolated, it's been like a huge grieving process. I came onto UA-cam looking for something, a breathing process, something to release a load of suppressed anger, so I could relax into my body and sleep. I found a Buddhist method Ton Lin or something being presented by a huge, tattooed Dr guy, I took notice. I've had much resistance to many things, partly because of past experiences, controlling father, churches, manipulative people, etc, so I became hesitant, reluctant and wary of new ideas, ways of listening and taking advice. Over time I felt blocked, suppressed and invisible. In my state of insomnia, lost, sensitivity, confusion, somehow from the wise tattoo guy, I stumbled across this wonderful women....my God, depth, honest, articulate...I just resonate with her so much. I've let my "previous life" go, we can't go back to how we were...thank you so much...I'm listening, I'm open...

I feel immensely grateful for having stumbled upon Insights at the Edge podcast a year ago. The spiritual teachings at Sounds True really propelled me through the darkest periods of my life. Thank you for your work Tami!

Love you, Tami. Your talk is so inspiring. 4 years ago was my first time to listen to your this sharing, today I listened to it once again by accident, but just cannot help keeping listening to the end as I found your story resonates with me even deeper than 4 years ago. Thanks for your voice and your genuine sharing.

    Oh, Tami, this is wonderful!
Mostly I have heard your voice in your extraordinary interviews of Adyashanti, which I have deeply respected and appreciated.
How sweet and potent to hear your own “True”voice here! I am truly glad and grateful you did this.
It helps remind me of my own true prayers, and bring them more to the fore.
Deep gratitude and respect for you…
    🙏

Wow, this has inspired me so much. I’ve always felt I was connected to my inspiration until challenges came back in my life and I felt the space was so full I couldn’t breath. Now I feel I got a spark from a friend that light up my fire again. I am so grateful for your words, because it brings me back on the track “I know what I want to do”. It’s been a real joy listening to your words and I will surely share it and go back to it when I need a little push into my own darkness. Thank you so much 🙏

Tami, I stumbled across your podcast only a few months ago and have loved listening to you and your guests.
I'm only about 15 minutes in where you reflect on waiting for someone to show you how to live this life.
I'm 41 and I think that I am still waiting. Waiting, waiting, waiting to live-- waiting for Spirit to show up in a way that I can make sense of, waiting for love, for work I love...waiting.
I want to surrender but to what? And I am so afraid. How to learn to let go?

Nothing comes about w/ out a prior fundamental stimulus. You can preach all day but each person needs to have been given so much, & even though there are some exceptions few humans need the adequate stimulus not being trampled on from all directions.

so. and thank you, sweetheart, for opening your heart in public,
and now we all must ask, can we open this thing up ??
Can we go on now ? Can we keep going to continue to keep preparing
a place for the children to play ?
And you reinforce and re-assert my big questions to myself :
Can I learn to let go. Can I learn total self-acceptance.
Thank You, Tami. You are obviously one of us
who can only come here to help.
    Blessings namaste

You mentioned genetic mirroring and authenticity you should speak with adoptees who are on their path for a better view point. Specifically what it mean to pass through the hara through our mothers then be turn away for her
