@@GovKidMethod l got awarded my first contract about 10 days ago with the State of Hawaii!
I was the lowest bidder for 5000 stickers printed and delivered ($0.093 per sticker). They then changed the terms and asked for 10000 stickers, so $930 for the contract.
It cost me $580 for the print company l use to produce and overnight ship to Hawaii. So I made $350 in about 10 mins (submitting initial quote and sending the design to my printer).
Thank you again. I deal with imposter syndrome on the daily even though l know I'm highly capable. It's all in the mind. 💎

The best rule of thumb is to treat a government contract like a commercial contract. And what I mean by that, is what is industry standard or the going rate in the market? The government isn't looking to be price gouged but they also are not looking to paid unfairly.
I am going through imposter syndrome. Inhave 2 cage codes . I run 2 1099 cleaning business and its a weird feeling . I read non atop always learning . And i dont feel like i am doing anything . Why ? But i keep going . I submitted my first bid 2 weeks ago . And submitting more this week . Ive always been told i would be a novody and i got stuck .
You've got this! Give yourself grace. Once you have a plan, it's time to stop reading and execute. You submitted your first bid which is great. Aim for 2 quality submission per month ramping into summer, now. Play the numbers game and get better each and every submission. And also ask for feedback/debrief from contracting. That's the plan. For imposter syndrome, remember that even a real estate agent starting out hasn't sold a house yet. But they are capable of making the deal happen. So are you. You have to make your first deal happen, and just because you haven't doesn't mean you can't. Stick to the plan. You can do this.

You don’t have to be a us citizen, file for a foreign entity within us state site ( Texas, California, etc) you can also go after international contracts very low competition
Unfortunately, it’s not my area of expertise
