EWG is convenient for sure. I also read that EWG can be biased towards promoting certain brands/ingredients. I was surprised to see that they rated LYS makeup products (a “clean” at Sephora brand) with some 4/5’s.
I love your approach on the Cecred product line. When purchasing hair products I always view the ingredients as there are certain things that my hair and scalp do not like. When this line dropped I viewed quite a few different reviews. I found that most were positive. Therefore I decided to purchase 3 of the products. When I placed them in the checkout box, I read the ingredients and I am so glad I did. All of the line has the patent pending fermented keratin technology which the keratin is made from wool. And another one contains hydrolyzed wheat protein. I am allergic to wool and wheat. Also depending upon where the fragrance is listed in the ingredient list, it is an irritant for me also. Again, love your approach, great video.
YES! I find when I use keratin my hair gets super hard and I find when I do rice water, my hair is more receptive to that.
Oh wow thank God you checked those ingredients! I just tried it over the wknd (bought the travel pack) and thank God o did b/c it is HIGHLY fragrant. Smells like cologne. Debating on if I’ll continue using it b/c the scent is SO strong.

In terms of no oils in my meals, I can definitely make a video on it but to give you a brief explanation, it’s because they add unnecessary calories and fat to a meals and being that I’m tryna lose weight, I cut it out. Thankfully there are oil sprays with 0 fat and calories ☺️
Ain't nothin' wrong with some ethically sourced, raw honey. Just gotta find a place the supplies it.
