I'm not sure if you can see how many times someone has veiwed a video, but idk, this video was the first video that made me rewatch it atleast 16 times

Look, I kinda despise people who do this. Did he really just expose a secret someone trusted him with? And what does he expect Katsuki to do, go back in time and change what he did? Its in the past, it stays in the past.
If you are talking about Izuku; then what he did was 100% valid. It's more probable he slipped it by mistake when venting to Todoroki (which again he is valid for; venting about someone who traumatized you). He at least expects Bakugou to be a decent person; apologize and to stop tormenting him; something that Bakugou doesn't adhere by atleast till the later seasons. "It stays in the past" isn't the best notion here; it's different with people being shitty and learning and acknowledging; and individuals that haven't got that acknowledgement or apology.
Now IF he had deliberately revealed it; he owes NOTHING to Bakugou; NOTHING to his bully. He is completely valid to do so. Being bullied for 10 years does shit tp you. This isn't some secret pact or something very sensitive or personal; this is Izuku opening about what Bakugou did to him.
