This dresser turned out very, very nice! That is a really pretty, rich color that is adaptable in most households. 👏 You offered good tips. If I may, I’d like to suggest putting a drop cloth covering your tool shelf to better stage and photograph your piece in front of it. In fact, I recently saw another furniture refinisher who constructed a fake wall stored against her workshop wall. She was able to expose the good side and stage her refinished piece for photos. I subscribed to help get you to 10K👍
I would not choose greenish, but I need to redo some things for a new house, and this color would look great there. It has old honey colored hardwood floors. This green is very warm and reads as neutral to me.
Great content on this vid. Love to see things being recycled when possible. The night before trash pickup is a terrific time to go out. Ppl throw away some of the best stuff. I clean up much and donate to charity thrift stores that which I can’t sell. Subbed👍
Yessss! I love the night before trash pickup day. People don’t realize they are literally throwing away money… thanks for subscribing, soo close to 10k🤩❤️
Great job! Just starting out, silly question - when initially cleaning with dawn dish soap was that a micro fiber towel? If so, should I use micro fiber towels at all times?
Good advice. 👍 Very nice, but I would have cleaned and polished the hardware to all match. I’m sure the buyer would not have minded and made the dresser even more attractive.
I specifically asked if he wanted me to because I thought it would’ve looked better that way too but he wanted to stick with the bronze look. Thanks for watching!❤️
Very nice. It looks great. I always ask for a non refundable deposit. If they have a good reason why they can’t get it I will give them their money back. I don’t hold pieces for anyone without a deposit. I’ve been burnt to many times.
Terrific idea for selling. Dresser looks great! I use that paint quite a bit, but I've been noticing on darker colors that dusty spots happen when it is touched. They wipe off with damp cloth easily, but I've been topcoating with water based satin and it helps. Do you notice this too?
I honestly haven’t noticed any of that…maybe if my hands are dirty from working in the garage and I touch it, there may be a finger print that I will wipe up but aside from that no… thank you for watching and I will keep the topcoat tip in mind if I start noticing that!❤️

Thank you for the tips! How do you get such a smooth finish on top with a roller brush??!!

Why didn't you topcoat? Also I would have like to have seen inside the drawers to see if you did any finish work on them.
I’m definitely going to try this
Please do!

I try to feel them out a bit😂definitely taking a risk not requiring a deposit at all times for sure.
Awesome Dresser !!
Thank you! 😊
Great job!
Thank you!!
Love the color and the original handles. Great job 👏🏻
Thanks so much!
Thank you for sharing this. I will try this with my listings. What color did you use? Very pretty.
Thanks for watching! This paint was one of the “oops” paints and didn’t have a color name. I’m sure you could find something similar though!
Very nice
Thanks

Looks great. Like your suggestions for successful sales. Good job!
Thank you so much!
For the Behr paint, is it satin, flat finish?
