Thanks! We are at about 1500’ Green Garden guy is a few hundred feet higher he is same road as our first property. A lot of our Ohia are good but have had several with the rod, those ones I usually drop and use for firewood. We shall see how the Koa does 😎🤙🏼

How much was it for the dozer to clear 100 ft by 100 ft
Well it was about $5500 for all the work we had done… D9’s usually are $2-3000 per day plus delivery charges… 🤙🏼
