last week and this is the truth, I said i wonder where that bloke is, the one that danced in the background in madness , and its brought me here , so pleased it did , so sorry about your situation, can i say ive been through it myself , and it takes time to repair , but i love the quote you said , your life is not about jumping up and down anymore, but its about stillness and reflecting , it comes to some of us , and you can always return to the gang , you might find after the mental rest , you'll be ready to dip in and dip out , its always lovely to have good friends that know you so well , that you can do that , the door is always open, its a terrible feeling when someone turns around, and says, i don't love you anymore , you pace the streets, you struggle to sleep, eat , smile, engage in anything , until time kind of allows you to let go, just a little bit to heal in gradual stages, song writing is a great cathartic psychological relief, getting your heart and mind down on paper , keep doing it Cathal , all the more finding yourself and healing , your life will always be full of love, and i know loneliness can grip us all some days, but things will always turn around for the good , you're finding your spiritual self , and slowly repairing your physical self, i remember laying in the middle of a corn field and crying my eyes out i so loved this girl, but she no longer loved me ,there was no one around just me looking up at the sky , And i said i to myself i cant do this anymore , i cant destroy myself , because someone doesn't love me , and from that moment i had moved on , it took me over a year but the light went on, anyway hope i haven't gone on too much i wish you all the best Chas take care Tim

A masterpiece. Haunting - every chord pulling heartstrings with angelic chorus of “you are not alone”, accompanied by birdsong and melancholic rhythm. A Camden lad myself, so proud of what you’ve achieved with the album “A Comfortable Man”. Amazing.

He has served a double life sentence by my maths ... if any member of a band is not feeling it.. then it is futile to "FORCE the MAGIC" The Mans Mental, Physical and Spiritual health is the primary concern, he has given and given (and received) Sorry, I am probably over thinking this but, to be in a band of this scale for such a lot of time is almost impossible to comprehend for me. Why do you miss him anyway, he is RIGHT HERE making music and you can listen to him WITH Madness at any time of your choice by playing a Madness recording with him on it (LOTS OF THEM) and Videos of him on stage....
