As for me, i'm glad since his original theme was annoying. I recently beat the game and can confirm that the sigma version does actually set the tone for a rather lackluster final boss
"Alma Awakened" is easily my favorite.
Ninja Gaiden 2004 and Sigma was great. Including the soundtrack, they recycling the soundtrack in NG: Sigma just like Yakuza Kiwami did. 😁

The doppelgangers never had a theme of their own. Whatever stage they appeared in would play the stage theme instead of even a battle theme

Not even the regular battle themes. When the doppelgangers appear, the music doesn't change. No battle or boss music. Just the ambient stage themes
