Another cracking video - thanks. Regarding rubble, 10.9 states that on a 1-4 there's no effect, on a 5, place a rubble marker and on a 6 place a Fire marker (unless there's already a Burnt Out marker on there). You may be working from the printed rules which do have some errors - I'd recommend picking up the latest living rules. I've found some shortfalls in my printed ruleset. I found the above on the latest living rules (v2.1 Rev66)
By the way - I'd just like to say, although I point out the odd error in your videos, I make plenty - so it's all good. We all make mistakes, misinterpret rules, read rules wrong, miss a modifier here and there.
Good video, thanks - any chance you could give us a board overview in the next one? It'd be nice to see the shape of the whole battle, at least briefly. :)
42:36 - having to look for the HQ card is just plain wrong (not you - the game system) - that's why I liked the old HQ counters with the values on them. I don't know what their thinking was not to include the HQ values on the counters! I also don't like the card pull system - I much preferred the chit pull system of old.
This and combat commander are my go-to solo games when I can't figure out what else to play. Thank you for the videos. They have an easy going style.
late night release nice

On to the Rhine or bust!

Will do!
29:13 - you should've put a wreck marker down :-)
38:15 - the plateau effect wouldn't allow the Soviets to attack anyway I don't think (I hate the plateau effect - I'm always forgetting about it!)

I like the cards, but I agree, the HQs should have their values on them.
It doesn't matter what game it is - I always struggle with elevation rules.
