This is an amazingly innovative recipe, chef! It's something between a chilla and a dosa and looks yummy! Moreover, the tips you give such as sprinkling salted hot water on the tava, keeping the heat high, moving the tava to cook evenly, and spreading the batter quickly are really helpful. Thank you!

Maybe I should've diluted more 🙆 But then i used diluted vinegar in a spray bottle and sprayed it on tawa. Did the job without leaving white spots 🙂

i tried this am not at all good at cooking just watch this videos and started doing the same.... i prepared it looks good taste good only problem happened to me is while putting the batter on tawa i couldn't make a proper round and also not that even as shown in video it was thick and disfigure 😅😅 overall it was yummy, may be with practice i can improve myself 👍👍
