@@MrJLov13 Literally💯‼️, Ryan Poles is lucky he built a good roster cause he would’ve been gone. That’s right there is fireable offense. Cause Shane Waldron was worst Matt Nagy in play calling and Matt Nagy was real bad. Then, your team gets a one score game, but you’ve shown time and time again that you can’t manage, which is actually the bear minimum and he couldn’t do it. All the Bears need is a decent head coach with a solid offensive line then we are back in contention. Honestly, if Thomas Brown does well with Caleb for rest season, I wouldn’t mind him as head coach. Well-respected around the team and the league as well as plays within Caleb’s strength. That right there, a good roster, a better o-line, a franchise, with a competent head coach is a recipe for a Super Bowl contention.

Actually, the cowboys owner is put himself in debt to buy the team and is committed to winning Sb's ...maybe to a fault but cowboys have had multiple SBs, even had a dynasty under Jerry jones. He's had Aikman, Tony Romo and now Dak on a long term deal, thats totally different than McCaskeys who had an nfl team gift wrapped to them from their heirs and only care about getting a HC for leagues lowest salary and locking it in for 5 yrs. Thats how the McCaskeys "win"...if they happen to get a SB then thats just a bonus on top of the profits.

It was a failure of everyone involved to be honest. As a player you have to be aware of the clock and timeouts. Even if Caleb is a rookie, Keenan Allen and the other veterans have no excuse. You got o-line walking around, no sense of urgency. The players should have been able to get a play off, but when the coaching staff sees that nobody is getting set, they need to call for time. Even an assistant should have been screaming in the headset for a timeout at that point. Just an absolute failure on a team level that was magnified on a national scale.

I will say I hope Thomas Brown flexes HARD for this 5 game audition. I have a feeling he will make this decision interesting for the Bears. The Bears have been in every game every single game the last six weeks since that Washington game have they won the last six in a row no they fired their head. Coach should’ve been done after that game in Washington. Honestly, we’ll see what the bear is doing in the off-season wait till next year, but where have I heard that before.

Out of all the losing teams, the Bears still have a positive point differential (only 1 point), which means this roster has talent. This season has been the most painful season I've ever experienced as a fan for 32 years, because of expectations starting out, and the last second heartbreak losses. They could easily be 7-5 right now, but they find ways to lose instead of win.
For all of his blunders, the defense is still decent, but he just lost the locker room which the end for any coach. I can't help but feel they're gonna blow this hire. Please no Kingsbury. They need a strong presence, preferably an offensive head coach, but someone who will inspire the talent and can lead a group of professionals.
On the bright side, Caleb seems to be getting better, so all disaster aside, we shouldn't forget that we may finally have a franchise QB which is something most of us Bears fans have never seen.
