    Now that i have finished hammering my ogbono soup..you are coming to tempt me again..one of my favorite soup.
    That ogbono looks so slimy..am perceiving the aroma around👍

    Looks wonderfully delicious. My computer screen separated me from the soup; I have been salivating ever since. You mentioned an ingredient that sounded like "Okpe". What is this? I never heard of it. Thank you for taking the time to do this.

    Oh la la, the aroma woke me up this morning, only I can’t come over because of the distance. The way you cook the bitter leaf before using it is very nice. The soup looks absolutely yummy. Well done beautiful sis 🥰🥰

    Lmao what kind of ocean are you using to steam meat…. Steam your meat with the particles of water that was left after washing of the meat, after steaming it, you can add water later… this way the ingredients will really penetrate into the meat and your meat will have so much taste… the sweetness of your soup starts from the steaming of your protein

    But you destroyed the nutritional value of the bitter leaf. We in Biafraland squeeze out half of the bitterness with water without cooking it. Half of the bitterness remains in order to tone down the sweetness of the ogbono. By the way., the healing power of the bitter leaf is in its bitterness.
