Taro | «waveup music fam»

Mit der Konzertreihe «waveup music fam» machen die Jungs von «waveup» immer wieder einen Halt in einer Schweizer Stadt. Stets mit erfrischenden Locations und neuen Bands im Gepäck wissen sie die Community rund ums Surfen, Snowboarden und Skateboarden zu beeindrucken.
Im Monat Juni war Bern an der Reihe. In einem kleinen, intimen Kreis von maximal 50 Personen wurde in einer «auf Party gepimpte» WG im Wohnzimmer sowie auf der hauseigenen Dachterrasse gefeiert. Für die ausgefallene Stimmung sorgte eine Handvoll lokaler Musiker namens «Taro» die bei einem herrlichen Sonnenuntergang spielen konnte.
Die Berner Band veröffentlichte, im November 2017, ihr erstes Album „Am I right here?”. Die Songs, die vor vier Jahren im Keller eines Italienischen Coiffeur-Meisters in der Berner Provinz ihren Uhrsprung fanden, werden nun Live umgesetzt.

With the concert series "waveup music fam", the guys from "waveup" making a stop in a Swiss city again and again. Always with original locations and new bands in their luggage, they know how to impress the community around surfing, snowboarding, and skateboarding.
It was Bern's turn in the month of June. In a small, intimate circle of a maximum of 50 people was celebrated in a "pimped" apartment in the living room and on the private rooftop. A handful of local musicians called "Taro" provided the music during a beautiful sunset day.
The Bernese band released their first album "Am I right here?" In November 2017. The songs, which made their clock jump four years ago in the cellar of an Italian hairdressing master in the Bernese province, are now being put into live performance.
