It's so beautiful how you make your guitar sing with such emotion Martin..the melodic structure along with the harmonic tones and accompanied by the base lines are all combined in a beautiful rhythmic composition alot like a piano that really touches the heart ❤ you have a wonderful sense of harmony and rhythm and i consider you to be one of my all time favorite guitarists right next to Earl Klugh 🙌🫶❤

I needed to hear this today. The phrasing here is beautiful. The dynamics draw you in as he ends his melodic lines a bit softer than the entire phrase. The inner voice movements act as tributaries of the harmonic direction. As we listen, subconsciously we wonder where these countermelodies will lead. They offer surprises, but always resolve convincingly. Martin's right hand technique looks effortless, but in his own unique way, he casts a sound distinctly his own; one that is almost impossible to reproduce. I just lost a good friend a couple of days ago, so listening to this has brought me solace. As Charlie Parker once said, "Music speaks louder than words."

There's so much good to say about your music mr. Taylor. I really love your guitar sound. It combines all the good from an electric and an acoustic sound. Very tasteful.

I heard you play this at Dundee Rep Martin, (I'm sure) and the story behind when you played it. It has always stayed with me. Wondered if you would ever consider putting it in the Artistworks course? Kind regards Rab

Ah just seeing this. I had already done an arrangement for UA-cam in G based on Martin Taylor's live audio recording in Pittsburg. It's great to see him actually play it. Sublime...

Wonderful song and an exquisitely beautiful performance! Your signature guitar does sound lovely in your hands. How do you like the shorter scale, which I have been contemplating for so long. Is traveling easier with the smaller body dimensions?

Can I ask you Martin what mike are you using? A brilliant arrangment. Your performance has on guitar the breadth of Bill Evan's 'Left to Right' version on keyboard. Take care ...
