Technically there is a gun item in rain world downpour. Idk how to unlock it normally but if you use the unlock all option you can find it in the sandbox spawn menu. However I couldn't figure out how to shoot it

The very basic type of ammo is gained from rocks and rubble, though if you want to know the rest you can just look at its wiki page. Its official name is 'Joke Rifle', and the wiki page will pop up if you search 'Rain World Joke Rifle'
