I absolutely loved this post down memory lane. Graeme is so special in every way. His humbleness is a strength. Shout out to the OG Craigie Boy and the totally healed Kevin. Best of luck to all. Paying it forward is the way to live.
I wasn’t able to make a new post, so I’m just commenting on a comment.😎 Great job, Graeme. This is the type of mentorship that my dad’s generation (WW2 veteran) always did. My dad survived The Battle of the Bulge, and I was a “later in life baby” so my parents were a bit older. But, my dad had true entrepreneurial instincts-and entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Anyway, he loved passing along his mentorship, & helping young people get a start on making their own living if they could. I love that you are doing this-paying your good fortune forward. So much positive energy to give to another is truly the gift that keeps on giving. Building your network of customers, knowing other business people in your area-it’s just the harmony of giving kindly, and being a humble recipient. 🙏😇 God Bless you and yours.🙏😇😎☀️
You have such a huge heart, Graeme. To pass your crush on to a young man who needs a hand up is so unbelievably kind. The world needs a whole lot more Graemes!
The fact that you helped this young man, gave him supplies, allowed him to get comfortable and mentored him.....ill ALWAYS watch your channel, ill always watch the commercials all the way through, and buy all the merchandise!! I wish people in America looked out for each other like that
I basically said in so many words the same thing. I live in Indiana and the paying it forward and helping others seems to have been lost along the way. It’s more about what can I get for me, me, me…. That is how I see it around here anyway. I wish more people here had his heart and attitude about paying it forward. The world would be so much better off if they did.
We do look out for one another and pay-it-forward as we are able. I think every country has their unsung heroes, and I am glad that G was a able to be that for hoof trimmers internationally.
Great video! It is awesome to see you help out a young hard working man. Now that's what being successful is all about, atleast to me. Good luck to Will and may good fortune keep surrounding all of you fine folks and your families.
It was very kind of you to fill the crush’s storage cabinets with supplies Will could need ! Kindness is in short supply anymore and you showed others how to pay it forward.
Don't know what generated the most good karma for you- giving away the crush or petting the cow to comfort her. The kindness of your soul is blessing your life, young man.
Graeme, you are such a kind soul to pay it forward. You certainly deserve every bit of success that comes your way. I remember the days of the WOPA, so many changes since then. Thinking back brings Gracie to mind. I think I can safely say "The Herd" misses her. You've made a wonderful family here Graeme & "The Herd" will always love you & we will always have your back! 🧡 🐄 💚 🐂 🧡
@tonikimpel7891 she was a really sweet cow that had some pretty bad hoof problems. Of course Graeme got her to feeling better a couple of times. She kind of became our channel mascot. She was an older cow & eventually was sold. When Graeme bought his new home he wanted to buy Gracie & let her live out her years & she could kind of be "The Herds" cow. (The Herd is what we, Graeme's followers are called in case you didn't know.) However Graeme's property was not zoned to keep a cow, so we all love & miss Gracie very much. You could go back & find several videos about Gracie. 💚🐄
That is very generous of you Graham, giving back to the Hoof GP community. Seems like the lad has gotten his head back on and is deservance of the crush.. Good luck
I thought it was really great of you to "give" the crush to someone in need rather than "selling" it, which you easily could have. And the time you spent training him on the crush just shows how caring of a person you are. You really have your heart in the right place. 👍
Graeme, look at the ripple you've started. Your goodwill and generosity paid it forward to that young man whose hand-up will allow him to, someday, pay it forward, as well. I'm proud to be part of 'the herd'. A thousand blessings on you and yours, Mr. Hoof GP. You're a good human.
I remember the old crush days!! I also remember how excited and humble you were with all the donations for the black one! You are an amazing person! And I am proud to be part of the herd!! Glad you picked Will to give it to. He seems like a good person who needed a break! Thank you for all you do!!!!
Graeme I'm one of the latest members of "The Herd". I only have a month or so watching your videos. I'm a physician in Venezuela and we (as a country) are having a really tough time. What you did for Will is beyond words! I would like to propose to all "The Herd" to do something like this (Paying It Forward) in their respectives jobs or areas of expertise... I'm sure it would create an amazing change for at least 2,000,000 million people. I hope those who accept my proposal could let me now what you did and how did it go!!! I'm going to give my Medicine Books and a couple of stethoscope to Medical students that can't afford new ones!!!!

Graeme, I love that you share your good fortune by passing along your old crushes to people who can really benefit. Stocking it with blocks and tools was also a thoughtful gesture that will help get Will's future afloat. Best of luck Will! We are all rooting for you, your business, your family, and for all the cows, bulls, and farms that you'll help keep happy and healthy!!!
You have helped someone who has had a lot of struggles yet is very willing to work. You had your own struggles and could empathize with him. Thank you so much for your kindness and sharing with him.
Awesome to see! This has to feel, a bit at least, like you’re paying it forward by giving the crush to Will. Best wishes to Will with the Appleton Steel crush. I hope that it benefits you, the cows, and any bulls, that you will be servicing. Congratulations to Graeme for providing the Appleton Steel, and this was truly a pleasure to see the exchange taking place!
It's right for you to watch over your clients cows making sure they are getting the trim they need. Will seems to have the self-confidence and know how to accomplish a perfectly trimmed hoof. I'm happy for both of you.
Thank you, Graeme, for giving me a reason to smile today. I'm so glad you help cows live their best hoof lives. But helping another hoof-trimmer - that makes you a true human being.
It's been a joy to help you get where you are now. It's the truly amazing part of the internet, being able to lend a hand to someone thousands of miles away.
Loved the walk down memory lane. The history of crushes was brilliant. You have come such a long way and I am grateful that I have been able to watch you grow your business and your channel. From watching your videos of the breathtakingly gorgeous Highland scenery, I’ve been able to convince my husband to take a vacation to Scotland!! It didn’t hurt that I promised we will stop at The Isle of Islay
Graeme, how lovely that you appreciated the kindness given to you and have now been able to reciprocate that to Will. Wishing him lots of success. Thanks as always for sharing your journey with us. Mrs H ❣️
Not a trimmer myself, but young Mr. Will sure looked comfortable with both the knife and the grinder. I'm sure you made a excellent choice and this man will put the crush to excellent use!
Wow, Greama, not only have you come a long way, but you're a testimonial to what hard work and perseverance can do. Plus, you are doing a good deed donating your crush to Will. The crushes provide so much more safety for you and your workers. Well done!
Passing on the crush is a really wonderful thing, especially you say the 'Herd' helped in the initial purchase. In this way, the Herd is also helping Will and Fen, passing on that generosity. Well done HGP and co, congrats and good luck Will and Fen!
What a heartwarming video. Will is so capable and just needed a helping hand which you have so generously given him. Karma is a wonderful thing and so is our Hoof GP 🐄💕💗
Thanks for the trip down memory lane with your business and history with crushes, it is great for people to see how humble the start was, and the work put into your business and craft before youtube success was even a dream. The effort you and your whole family has put in day in and day out on all sides of the business: hoof trimming, filming, editing, product design, educational products/materials, etc. shows you deserve & earned all the success you have. May it continue for years to come. Thank you for giving us this window in your life and enriching ours.
I hope Will gets loads of new customers and finds the success he deserves! He’s very confident in his skills and it shows. Congratulations Will! And thank you Graeme, for being such an awesome human being… Graig as too!
I was told that I had to check out your channel. I couldn't see why I would want to. So I took a look and now it's been over two years I've watched you caring for the cattle, and checking back at past episodes. You are a gentle heart to these animals and it shows that you love your work. Now that you are able to help someone starting out like you did is inspiring. Love the trip down memory lane. You have come a long way from that first home built crush. You are so caring to the cattle and you teach us as we of the herd watch.
Best video. My cat passed away today so I’m watching the crap out of all animal videos. This one made my heart hurt a little less today. Thank you HGP for being such an excellent human. Mostly for making an incredibly sad day into a little less sad. ❤
I'm sorry for your loss ❤! I lost my best friend of 20years not long ago ...my beautiful little cat Pixie ! I've had many undeniable signs she's still around me, after all 20+years of love doesn't die ! Love to you Emma and your little cat 🐱❤
@@jennieward-scott9531 thank you so much for taking time to comment such lovely words. I’m sorry for your loss too and you’re so right about my girl still being here with me. Matilda has already been showing me she is here too. Much love to you too Jennie ♥️
Thank you for the trip down memory lane. And for your support of Will. I watch your channel because of your huge heart. The way you treat the cows, Craig and Kevin show me that you are a special human. Love you Graeme! ❤❤❤ A huge 🇨🇦 fan.
The best part about paying it forward is that the recipient gets to do the same at some time in the future. You're a good man, Graeme! Best of luck to Will and the entire HGP team!!
There is truly nothing more satisfying and heart warming than finally being able to do for others what others did for you. Helping and gifting things to others is one of the greatest joys of this life
It has got to be the best feeling to be able to help someone who is so deserving. So not only do you help the cows and bulls you also help humans. You are a good man.
HUGE respect to you Graeme, not everyone would do this but your showing that your heart is made of gold. Respect to Will too as this vid shows he's a grafter. Was great seeing your history of crushes too, love to the whole family from South East England 💖

Graeme, you've made such a good life for yourself and your family. Determination, skills with both animals and people and your amazing videos must be part of the ingredients for your succes. I wish you continued succes!
I love you guys! That's so sweet of you to help this nice, and quite competent young man. You are ALL awesome, including our sweet Craigie Boy and Kevin, who has healed nicely! I love that you didn't just pay it forward, you made sure it wasn't in vain by showing him how to use it.
Good evening Graham, thank you for the video and helping someone else to start off in life ! You are a true gentleman!! It's a shame there's not more people like you. Take care and stay safe 👍😎
I wasn't expecting this video. It's wonderful to see Will's story. The fact that you can give him this crush is wonderful. What a way to change someone's life!💙💙💙
I loved seeing how you started. I have only been a member of the herd for a year or so. You have done a great job of building your business. Now seeing you help others in this wonderful way is a delight. Thank you for being you.
This was a fabulous installment! Loved seeing the crushes you built, the Appleton really is an impressive piece of machinery. I can't imagine how much it will benefit Will in his efforts to grow his business. You really are an amazing human being, Graeme.
You have always made your work look so routine Graeme, I forget what a hard road you've traveled to get where you are now. And now to help another trimmer get started in such a big way just shows how you care. Good on ya Sir!
Congratulations Will on being the winner of the Crush! Graeme, you are awesome for passing on to a younger hoof trimmer to grow with! I hope it does as well for him as it did you! Love you from Canada!
The smile on my face is huge! I love it when a seasoned person takes a newbie under their wing! To see the suggestions you accepted as to what to do with the Appleton come to fruition has got to make you proud! God bless the path that you have chosen being chosen by another who knows the struggle! TRULY GOD BLESS THE GIVER AND RECEIVER on the way to a better life! THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS JOURNEY DOWN MEMORY LANE!
That is probably one of the sweetest things you could have done and the most helpful is give him the crush and then take him out to make sure he understood how to use it and you just help them basically start their lives he had already been trying and you just gave him that little hand awesome thank you for all you do and watching you for years since the Whopper actually
I think what you did with giving that Crush to young Will was amazing..wish more people would 'Pay it Forward '. You filled it up with stock and showed him how to work it..just think what this will do to this young mans business and life.. I'm proud to be part of 'The Herd'.. long may we all continue to meet up at your videos
Everyone has to start somewhere Graeme and you’ve succeeded 😊crumbs 3 years ago I remember you getting the Appleton Steele Well done Will I am sure this crush will be an asset to you ( maybe do a you tube channel) enjoy 😊
This genuinely brought a tear - it’s so good to see a battler get a break - well done Graeme and congratulations Will - good luck with your growing business and blossoming life 😊
Holy cows, I had no idea you built your first two crushes. That is *seriously* impressive! I came in during the Wopa Era of The Hoof GP. What a cool trip down memory lane. Awesome to see how you and others have progressed over time. Here's to many more good years!
I can’t believe you made your own crush! That is so impressive. 🤩 I remember when you got the Appleton - I also remember when Craigie rolled it while you were on holiday - poor Craig. 😖 I really feel for Will - it is SO difficult to save up when you’re just getting by. The crush really will change his life and I wish him all the success in the world. Brilliant work, HoofGP! ❤👏👏👏 (PS We all love Craigieboy! The man has charisma❣️)
Graeme, you and MrsHGP chose very well! Your crush will be in good and very capable hands. Hopefully you’ll post an update on Will somewhere down the line!
I am so glad you did this video. Some of us have been on this journey with you since day 1 and watched you without all the bells and whistles you have now. We saw the struggle and have watched you come from the bottom. It makes it all the more enjoyable to see how well you are doing now. You should be proud of how far you have come.
One good turn deserves another 💕 This is how you build communities, build knowledge, invest and develop in young and upcoming professionals. It's so impactful.
This channel pulled me in with the more graphic trims, I stayed for the humor between you and your brothers in law, and I'll continue recommending this channel because your heart is so beautiful! What a wonderful thing you've done for Will!
You're a wonderful man, Graeme. I found that really moving. Hopefully, one day he'll be in a position to help someone else. It won't have to be as huge a gift, in time or in goods as it were, but it will be meaningful. I'll bet that everyone who's helped you along the way is feeling very proud of you right now.
That's quite a story! And you look so young and handsome. Life and getting ahead is sometimes pretty hard. Gotta have faith in yourself and a solvent Mum! It doesn't matter if you don't know the difference between heel and heal.
Brother of mine... you don't know how much releif i feel watching this after a hard days work... the country music and the culture ... Miss my village sometimes in the hustle of city ... Love from India

Well done to you all. Gentle people, being gentle with gentle ginormous cows!
Congratulations Will and Fenn. I hope your business grows right away. Best wishes for success, and hello from Northern California.
You have always made your work look so routine Graeme, I forget what a hard road you've traveled to get where you are now. And now to help another trimmer get started in such a big way just shows how you care. Good on ya Sir!
People like you make this planet a much better place!! Congratulations Will😊
It is incredibly kind and generous of you to help that young man be able to move forward in his life and business. Much respect to you.
Congratulations Will on being the winner of the Crush! Graeme, you are awesome for passing on to a younger hoof trimmer to grow with! I hope it does as well for him as it did you! Love you from Canada!
I’m glad that you were able to *heal* that *heel* ulcer!
Paying it forward. Great to see, and must feel fantastic to do. Good on ya, Graeme.
Mr. Hoof GP is such a kind and generous man! I thoroughly enjoy your content…and you character! May God protect and bless you.
So happy to hear your give back Attitude a breath of fresh air. That is not the general attitude now. Many blessings to you and your family.
You truly are the beauty and joy that is in this world. Thank you for everything that you do
Everyone has to start somewhere Graeme and you’ve succeeded 😊crumbs 3 years ago I remember you getting the Appleton Steele
Well done Will I am sure this crush will be an asset to you ( maybe do a you tube channel) enjoy 😊
This genuinely brought a tear - it’s so good to see a battler get a break - well done Graeme and congratulations Will - good luck with your growing business and blossoming life 😊
Paying it forward will have it's own rewards for you and all of your family. God bless and yours.
Holy cows, I had no idea you built your first two crushes. That is *seriously* impressive! I came in during the Wopa Era of The Hoof GP. What a cool trip down memory lane. Awesome to see how you and others have progressed over time. Here's to many more good years!
Nothing but respect, Sir. Nothing compares to success earned.
Little Moo, my Kirsti heifer, thought this was wonderful. Had a tear in her eye.--Linda H. using hubby's laptop.
Congrats to Will!!! Good to see everybody doing well!!!
This was extremely heartwarming ❤ Graham your a generous soul helping a fellow trimmer. Thanks for sharing with us ❤
I am so glad you did this video. Some of us have been on this journey with you since day 1 and watched you without all the bells and whistles you have now. We saw the struggle and have watched you come from the bottom. It makes it all the more enjoyable to see how well you are doing now. You should be proud of how far you have come.
A wonderful hero's journey, praising those that have helped you achieve your goals ...
Helping others succeed at the beginning of their journey
BRAVO
and he comes with a partner👍👍👍👍👍
What a wonderful gesture... helping young Will out... You're a real gent' Graeme...
That's quite a story! And you look so young and handsome. Life and getting ahead is sometimes pretty hard. Gotta have faith in yourself and a solvent Mum! It doesn't matter if you don't know the difference between heel and heal.
