- These students got a live biology lesson when a stray cat gave birth to kittens in the window of their classroom. It happened at a village school in Turkey. The teacher just thought the cat wandered into the building, lost, but then noticed something was happening with this animal. He assisted in the delivery of two kittens, but he says a third kitten popped out while he wasn’t looking. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.

My teacher friend who fosters puppies quite often brings them into his fourth grade classroom and lets the students help with their care.

I love this, I think there would be alot of kids that could benefit by having a cat at their school. Anxiety, a sense of being needed, confidence etc it could be something all schools could adopt, good idea.
