Lo que no entiendo es como quien gobierna Estambul conocida en todo el mundo como la ciudad de los gatos no se ocupe en modo organizado y sistematico de esterilizar y castrar sus gatos, que son incluso atracción turística!!🤔 Incluso con la colaboración de Entes o voluntarios como el mismo Onur para capturarlo pero me extraña que no haya fondos destinados al cuidado veterinario de todos ellos!
