Being active during pregnancy is healthy for the baby and delivery. Pregnant people don’t have to rest the whole time. All these she should be resting comments. You see pregnant people walking around and they end up having healthy babies. They are encouraged to move. If she’s on bed rest and was told by the doctor to rest that’s the exception but they need to move around. It’s a workout to deliver so they need to be strong and not atrophied. They need to be strong for delivery. All pregnant people shouldn’t be resting. Watch the debunk video they did and look up information.
