As a note: Im not 100% sure the assets are being reused. But it seems like it. Just wanted to clarify.
Doesn't look too bad actually. Enjoyed the first game for a bit, but my biggest issue was the rendering issues, buggy implements and the driving mechanics.
The rendering will likely be the same as it seems to be built on the same engine, or upgraded version of said engine. But the tractor driving felt pretty good. Full video in description.

Looks like another fun game... I have FD 1 & from what I am seeing will be owning FD 2 as well... Going to enjoy future videos of FD 2 👍

I have not. I’m guessing since it’s says 2024. And they are rolling out the demo with steam next fest, it will be sometime in late autumn or early winter.

@@MrFireforge Possibly. I think 17 had been out year when FD1 came out. So probably didnt hurt the sales. But I think everyone is excited to see if FS25 is coming this year.
I for one am not liking the AI voice acting...I feel like I'm on the phone and they are trying to sell me insurance. Game has a lot of old look (FD1) to the game.
Yep, not a fan of it, was just surprised they included voice at all. I did mention a while back after seeing it on twitter. Looked like they were using the same engine and some assets. Im not 100% sure if thats the case. Just looks like it.
Aslo, you think Phillip DeGrave is still around that area somewhere?

im not sure I would expect it any time soon. Looks like it will not be out, in early access, on steam until later this year. But Hopefully, it will and will be good.

Ok.... I never said impressed with the voices. I said Im surprised they had voice over in this early. And I dont care if games uses AI. Its coming whether we like it or not.
@@DeuceMS Voice actors care that a game uses AI. AI is taking a lot of acting jobs away. Just wanted to comment on that. With that said I am interested in the game.
Oh I agree, its taking jobs. That doesnt change the fact that its coming. Its not going to do me any good to saying anything about it. I guess I could refuse to play a game that uses AI voice actors. Not sure I have nearly enough clout to make a difference though.
@DeuceMS I am still gonna play it as I love the dynasty series, and sorry, I didn't mean to imply you were impressed. It was more of a statement to you saying they had voice. The AI used isn't even sophisticated as the lady sounds super robotic, and I am pretty sure the protagonist voice is the same as in the lumberjack dynasty. I hope they were given a bigger budget for FD2 as I loved the first one. Love the content. Thanks for putting a video out :D
@@landonfehr4863 Oh yeah. No worries. It probably comes off like that due to text. And honestly if I were to say it, would likely sound that way... Lol I understand completely. Bone13 who commented here has a series call Tales from the Janitor on his channel and all the podcast places. Hundreds of voice actors involved. We talk about this topic some. I dont want to see voice actors pushed out. But I think its coming. But there is really only one option. Refuse to buy games that uses AI. But it would take everyone. And if the last few years has shown me anything, its that, its impossible to get people to agree on anything. Much less 1 thing. haha.
