Ingredients List-
1 Cup Moong Dal
2 Green Chilli
1 inch Ginger
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Pinch Asafoetida (Heeng)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds( Crushed)
1/4 tsp Coarse Fennel Powder
2 Spoon Wheat flour
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves
For Making Kanji
1 lit Water
1 or 1+1/2 tbsp Raai Powder
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Asafoetida for Smoky Flavour

Kanji vada was very interesting preparation for me I learnt it I like the traditional way using wet clothes for shaping the vada 👌, raai powder ( is it mustard seeds 🤔 roasted and then Powder) sis
Mustard seeds and Raai Powder are totally different things
We need not to roast raai before making powder

Ye pani barik wali raai ke powder aur namak ke combination se khatta hota h , isko khatta hone 2-3 din lag jate h , waise ye Mausam ke temperature per depend hai
Aap Yellow Mustard seeds ka bhi use kar sakte hai
