If you are doing everything right, they will reach out to you, you don't have to do anything.
My best way to find wholesale suppliers is India Mart website ( m.indiamart.com/) . You can enter the product you want, location and quantity and you will receive contact numbers of relevant suppliers. Then you can either connect over call/whatsapp or visit them to discuss further. Many of them even deliver to different cities.
There are various things that you can consider while quoting your price. Including kit price, travel charges, your average per hour charges, your expertise level, etc. There is no MRP on these kinds of services, so you have to calculate various costs and quote what's best for you.
