Awesome review and demo 😎🤘🏻🎸 I have the same bass in the same finish and it is a great sounding bass. I’m a huge Yamaha fan and I totally dig the trbx basses. Definitely one of the most unique bass guitars I’ve ever owned. They’re real keepers for me.
I just picked one up a few days ago. I traded my Harley Benton Les Paul in lemon drop for it. I love the thing, it’s fun to play and I can be creative with it. I also play drums, guitar, and now bass. I definitely recommend this bass to anyone.
Haha I hear you, Scott. Just having fun with this rad bass. Most everything Yamaha makes is quite good actually! I’m a hard rock/metal guy, so the humbuckers in this case were my personal choice 👍🏻
It is good guitar but not the best. Much better than some low end like harley benton. There are some places where strings are buzzing against the frets. Guitar is rather for heavy music. I have it for 7 years.

What's the string spacing? I thought these were 35 scale
Should be 18mm spacing I believe.
