These are just drawings of boxes. They lack all the properties of a draft for a house. The walls are dimensionless, so they can't handle electrics, nsulation, plumbing or structural integrity. This is essentially "spam" for tiny. Find real people presenting real tiny houses.
One bedroom but two bathrooms? Could turn that extra bathroom into storage or closet. You spent 5 minutes showing the outside of the house and only 4 minutes the inside,which is the part most people are interested in. I like your idea,just needs a few adjustments
Really love the design, except the too-narrow gap between the desk and the head-gouging stairs. But a full five minutes before we even go inside is too much! And what is that random blonde woman doing just standing there gesticulating to herself?! :-D

I like the design, but I would try to rearrange the rear of the second level so that you could have a bathroom more like on the first level. That way you will not have to walk through the shower to get to the toilet.
A good design. I would make the upstairs bath larger & the downstairs bath a 1/2 bath, laundry combo. I would also go a little larger to meet codes in my area. 👍

Charming but it’s lacking of storage for ones personal needs like clothes, shoes, bags, beddings etc. Its the same downstairs . . . Not enough storage for so many things ie cleaning materials etc. Maybe instead of the dining area under the stairwell cupboards are installed. It is unhygienic to put the dining area nor a kitchen under the stairwell anyway. I like this house anyway just a few changes here and there more compact but still as charming as this house

Nice home but there are something that need to be in home upstairs bathroom need a cupboard under sink so you can put toilet paper and bath towels. Put a small studio stackable washer and dryer in upstairs bathroom washer an ceiling fan in bedroom. Wish some contractors could build homes like this in Lebanon, Oregon and out in the country also and Christmas Valley Oregon United States. Not everyone needs a big home to live in. You could build them and people would even rent them. Hope to see them come soon here.
i love the placement of everything, no pathway interrupts the living room, most designs have people walking between the couch and the tv

Two bathrooms does not seem necessary in such a tiny home. Personally I would rather have a closet, which I did not see. Very nice though.
Imagine if you have a piece of land that large, but only build a tiny house like this, I wonder what the neighbors will think of it 😁
