But yeah, there aren't enough cops to harass citizens over whether their mags are pre-2019, or whether they got it from Idaho or Oregon in 2023. There is no way to enforce it. It's not like California, where there's a billion and one slush funds conspiring to funnel money into the government and there's police every 5 feet, ready to give you fines and tickets. There is not enough funding, because WA constitution prohibits income tax. And that's a good thing. Well, Alabama is 50th place in everything compared to all other states so it's got that going for it.
Zach just can't handle "DA ESS EE SEE FOOWBAW THAT IS THA CRIMSON TIIIIDE PAAAAAAAAAAAAWL"
one of the most important hubs for biomedical and DOD research
Completely agree with IL. Current resident, state government is extremely corrupt, we’re extremely broke, etc
yea definitely corrupt and broke but on his "The best thing in Illinois is Chicago" statement, as a person born outside Charleston, and grew up in Pana and Chrisman the small towns are better than Chicago, maybe just because small town Illinois was the majority of my childhood so far. I just have never talked to someone from small town Illinois who liked Chicago Illinois. Chicago is the city people go to tour around, you will get a more pleasant and genuine experience in the small towns of Illinois.
Which state?
@@paulwhitlatch2561 no way i grew up in taylorville and decatur lol and yeah i can back you up chicago sucks its dangerous corrupt and it drains a lot of our money
*Puts Texas in D Tier*
“And like that, you’ve lost me”
Well, to be fair he thinks it's being taken over by the far-right, though as I know many people from Texas a few of which are family I can tell you this.
Texas never changed everything else went more left.
The failing power grid and spoiled food from massive trucking delays probably brought a lot of bad press to the state.
Texas is basically purple California
It's truly startling how it didn't make F.
As someone from Texas there's really nothing great about Texas. The coast sucks. It's hot almost constantly. Dallas sucks. The laws suck. Only good thing no state taxes. Hell it's not even cheap to live in anymore.
As a Mass resident being put at the same level as Alabama and Arkansas hurts
Zach got it right on the nose with Washington. Seattle brings it down, but the state is very pretty. Good food too, and beer if you like IPAs.
imma go off on a limb and say you live in one of the less populated areas. grew up in Spokane and it was basically Seattle with more crackheads. city living in WA eats a fat one
Inslee brings it down, too. But yeah, it's beautiful and there's literally no way they will ever be able to enforce that mag ban, other than, it's harder to get those mags.
It makes government bloat difficult to achieve, which in turn, makes this an extremely free state, even if Inslee's trying to turn it into California. It's simply not possible.
My state is so good, it gets an entire tier named out of it.
I moved to Louisiana 13 years ago from Ohio and I’m laughing my ass off about this.
That "minute" turned into an Hour real fucking quick.
damn no one posted time stamps of different states!?
As a firearm enthusiast, I'm surprised you put Missouri so low. Here's what's in Missouri:
CMMG
Fiocchi ammo plant
Black Rain Ordinance
CZ USA
Smith & Wesson
Ruger
AK Operators Union
MidwayUSA
Constitutional Carry/Shall Issue
Constitutional militia (if you're a citizen of Missouri, your a member of the militia. 10th Amendment/State's rights backing up the 2nd Amendment)
Second Amendment Protection Act (SAPA, prohibits state and local law enforcement from assisting the ATF)
No waiting periods, no mag restrictions, no restrictions on how many firearms you can buy at a time or how frequently
Annual firearms rights rally at the state capital
Missouri is one of, if not THE most pro 2nd Amendment states in the Union!
One of the things I love about my home state
Wow Utah got an A? I have to say I'm honored, as a life long Utah resident I had gotten pretty used to being considered D tier.
What the hell music starts blocking up the audio as soon as you got to Minnesota the only state worth reviewing.
Arkansas native: can confirm, tis state fucking sucks.
I'm from GA, my girlfriend is from AR.
The placings of both our states are spot on. Exactly where they should be.
This shows that Zach has never been to New England, and as resident of two different states there, I completely understand.
Anything New England does somewhere does better. Source? New England born and raised. You’re not really missing out on anything if you don’t come here
Which map are you playing on in snowrunner
I was okay with Massachusetts being in C or D tier, but when it got bumped all the way down with ARKANSAS? mad.
45:17 There is nothing to be said of TN. Though, the further East you go in TN, the more there is to be said. (Also, there is a fucking great BBQ place in Rocky Top that you should absolutely try)
2:15 as an arkansas resident i agree only good thing about the state is lots of opossums and other cute animals
In my opinion and experience, we have the best tasting water
That moment you can't even hear what he says about your state, because he had to cover up copyrighted music
That is fair about illinois. Honestly could go lower. Having driven all over illinois you are not missing anything. Come, see chicago, and then get the hell out. You are welcome.
if you live long enough to get out of Chicago...
As someone who lives in a “flyover” “nowhere” state. I’m very afraid
As someone who has lived in NY their whole life, I can confidently say that it deserved to be in "F this state," but then again this is Zach's list, not mine.
Amen brother.
As a resident of Oklahoma, it definitely feels D-tier
the weather for like 3 months now has been 90 for 3 days, 50 for 2, it is a nightmare and nothing speaks more about the state than that and the fact that i dont feel comfortable in stagnant air having lived here for so long
plus... there is not much here, it's all pastures, military bases, oil, and wind farms, that's about it
Yeah, outside of OKC there’s really nothing to do unless you got land.
What game was Zach playing during this?
Snowrunner!
@@Zach_Hazard Holy shit I didn't expect you to answer this personally!
Hawaii is absolute S tier.
Great food if you dont go to chains. Living there isnt terribly expensive if you buy local. And its like mid 70's all year round.
Hawaii has awful gun laws though.
@@adfdasdfadfadsfareae And awful trying to get anything that isn't local
Hadn't thought about the gun laws. Id have to research that. Still going by visiting standards id love to go back. Living there maybe not.
Housing is very expensive as is basically everything else, not saying you can’t find things for cheap but overall it’s definitely expensive
As someone who lives in Arizona..I'm spending my day watching this sooooo...
Absolutely one hundred percent agree with f. Just because we have no day light savings doesn't mean we aren't affected by it. Fucking tv schedules change lol
I am however from Connecticut, if you live in the rich areas it's nice if you live in the ghetto areas..it's well ghetto
Connecticut also has gun companies and a ton of other companies work out of there
Personally, I think you massively underrated Ohio. Ohio has some pretty dope amusement parks, two main big ones, one in the south of the state (Kings Island, just outside of Cincinnati), and one in the north (Cedar Point in Sandusky). Ohio is also the birthplace of professional baseball. Ohio also has one of the best zoos in the country in Cincinnati. Hell, the first man to ever walk on the moon (Neil Armstrong) was from Ohio. Several presidents were from Ohio. The Rock & Roll hall of fame and the NFL hall of fame are both in Ohio. And it was actually the Cuyahoga River that caught fire. And that's just Cleveland, which MOST Ohioans agree is kinda garbage. Ohio also has some of the LEAST restrictive gun laws in the country. Constitutional Carry, no mag size limits, no weapon specific bans, no wait periods on purchases, no purchase limits, no ammo restrictions, and a CCW permit that is honored in more states than any other. Also LOTS of Raccoons😂.
North Dakota has so much nothing that my forefathers settled there and moved within a generation
Oklahoma in D Tier? As a native Oklahoman, yes. All the yes. Maximum yes.
I love being born born and raised in Louisiana, let’s see what good things he will say about my state!
Oh….
I love how everyone over looks Oklahoma
He remembered our song!
@@kidmosey if you have never been around Oklahoma we have some of the most diverse ecosystems in the country from forest in Northeast Oklahoma to deserts in Northwest Oklahoma to mesa's and plains and you name it it's here
I DEMAND we put New Mexico at "F this place" the whole state is a train wreck. Actually no, it couldn't have been a train wreck because the train got robbed then some different guys took it part and sold the scrap for meth.
For the longest time I had Zach and Mike's names mixed up.
I am personally surprised at the fact that my home state (Texas) somehow didn't land in Arkansas tier (or it's own tier even lower than Arkansas tier) and got D tier instead.
As someone who’s spent most of their life growing up in Arizona I’ll say the foods good, people are a little crazy but the taxes are a bit much. Ohio is alright as long as you’re not driving in the city or dealing with the freaks who only eat three foods in their diet.
Your assessment of Montana is correct. I am watching this video in my truck because there isn't shit to do here
As someone from Louisiana, I only have one thing to say to you sir. YOU ARE DANM RIGHT ABOUT THIS PLACE.
I love twitch chat saying "Maine is just offbrand Canada"
Yeah- Yeah pretty much lmao
I agree by me living in Montana. It's absolutely beautiful here but there's pretty much nothing to do here except for hike, fish, hunt, and winter sports.
PA is like four separate cities stuck in their own little worlds divided by the Amish.
Pittsburgh
Philadelphia
Harrisburgh
and Erie
Pretty much
Zach since you've given Michigan S-tier have you also been to Lake of The Clouds in the Upper Peninsula I swear you'd love it
I like how even though Texas ended up in D teir, it still had the most time devoted to arguing it position xD
Pennsylvania is home to fuckton of Amish, Sheetz, Rutter's, Wawa, Hershey chocolate, Pittsburgh, and Geissele Automatics. It's a B-tier for me, but nothing past that.
As a Texan i can confirm that armidillos are always in your grill and eating your garbage.
Also would like to add that naval bases in Hawaii have polluted most if not all natural springs with fuel and leaving most water tainted especially in those who are natives of the islands
And being in my mind NC is D teir but may have to due to being right next to Fort Bragg in what is mainly a retail service town
I now know that Zach was probably in training around 2008-2009 based on his comment about Maryland having crazy snow- those were the years that it snowed like hell here. Usually the weather is just dice roll day to day.
Anyway I'm honestly surprised someone from out of state had enough to say about Maryland to put us in C, usually Marylanders are rabid about loving the state while nobody else gives a fuck.
“It snows like crazy there”
My dad who didn’t have a excuse to use the snow blower we bought for 3 years: 💀
At first I thought it was unreasonable to name F tier after Arkansas, especially when states like Louisiana exist, but after hearing him say that it's because of the roads... Yeah, that's fair.
As an member of the cult of the potato you shall live another day
I feel like Zach and Bricky would get along.
Zach, You gotta look up "Acadia National Park" in Maine. Im from Illinois. So no bias, but it is hands down one of the most gorgeous places at LEAST in the US. ALSO if you ever go, give their blueberries a shot.
Being from NH, I wholeheartedly expected an IDK Whatever, people that havent been to or are from NH dont remember it exists, people that have been remember it for its beauty.
i loved it for the gun rights and people leaving me the fuck alone if i wanted to walk with my rifle.
What happened to the fascination with shoebills? Poor neglected angry birbs
I’m digging the Pit Vipers in the thumbnail, do you own a pair yourself?
MICHIGAN GOT S-TIER!!!! (In spite of the roads.)
After hearing your rankings on states and state flags, I wouldn't mind hearing your rankings of state birds.
As a resident of Michigan, I approve of this. Our roads suck because our governor/reps suck and keep laundering money.
gun laws suck as well. it blew my mind when he put it in S tier.
Fuck yes my state was the only S rank and I concur Michigan has its downsides but overall I love it here
Washington makes more potatoes than Idaho.
Ohio born and raised right here. It's not that bad, you get used to the inerdimensional horrors that seep through the thin points in our reality after like two days. Its a fairly nice place all things considered.
Realest shit I read all day
heavy rain one day then snow flurries the next. Bright sun and clear blue sky one day then deep freeze the very next. I love my home state but good god is she a bipolar bitch when it comes to weather lmao.
Man he put on the music, and I was like "Wow cool jazz... this ain't the music"
“…”
“Coping hard or hardly coping”
As a Michigan Man, fully support everything said about the state
2:13 as an Arkansas native I agree with this Take it sucks here
18:10 yea... it's true
As a Michigander I'm proud of these results
anytime i think of Delaware i only ever think of Waynes world "Delaware.......im in Delaware...."
Honestly, only one I'd seriously disagree with is Michigan. As someone who lives here its barely D tier. Labor laws, or lack thereof, suck here. And the rust factor gets a +10 modifier thanks to all the salt in winter. But on the plus side, no car inspection.
As a native Californian, D tier is the best we could hope for.
