    Since when does federal law not protect a person against religious discrimination?

      Alec Edgeworth when the religion violates the principles of people in general (of the other students for example).

      Alan Roberts still people have the right against religious discrimination in the constitution. That is the top law so federal policy and/or state law can’t override it

      Alan Roberts yeah it includes everyone who is on US soil

      @@alecedgeworth2814 the Constitution only protects you from the government not from private citizens or private
      institutions, that's where local laws were made for.
