Hypothetically speaking, what would happen if a trailer is built but it is accidentally built overweight for the axles provided? Do I contact the builder as they should have known or is it my fault that I didn’t catch it sooner? And what would you deem a timely resolution? I loved hearing your comments about timely solutions for warranty if something were to happen. Thanks!
Hey Derek! While we are always striving for perfection, sometimes there are circumstances like this that come up. I'm glad we were able to address these issues with your trailer and get the axles swapped out for the heavier duty ones.
