MUSICIANS - HOW TO PACK OUT EVERY GIG - GET PEOPLE TO YOUR GIG #49

That sinking feeling of nobody turning up to your gig apart from other bands.. Well those days are over my friends! Gone are the days of playing to the bar staff even if you put a tour together in a new town, city or wtf even country!
With some planning, time and a small amount of budget (don't panic not a lot!) you can make a big difference to the turn out to your gig.
Musicians tell me Facebook is a rip off and not worth it... to which i say NEIGH! or NAY whichever is the correct spellage! It's all about getting to the right people in that area, music lovers who frequent that venue. Target them and give them a reason to come have a party.
I'm not saying that just advertising will fill your venue without a great band and some excitement about the night but considering 10+ years ago bands would have to rely solely on a promoter in an area. We live in an amazing time where the tools are there.. just learn how to use them.. and use them!
