i listened to the underverse soundtrack too many times, so i immediately recognized the ones taken from underverse (Cross, Killer, Dream, Nightmare, Ink, Error, Fresh!Ink, and Fatal Error)
I love how there is so much variety, and then we reach the end with just 10 or so omnipotent/universal sans just back to back to back. People were really determined with making the strongest Sans in the multiverse huh? Alphatale wasn't a high enough ceiling for yall? lol
I have a feeling godverse wouldn't exist if Alphatale didn't, that's where they got inspiration from
Despite the fact that sans is canonically the weakest monster, he still has at least 30 iterations of him that are god-tier strength.

@@ClaraBurgess-mm4qm sometimes to innovate you have to destroy the source material and mold something new with the rubble. If they don't resemble the original sans, who cares it's a new take it's different. If people want the "actual" sans, they'd just play the damn game again.

It's from the end of season 1 where sans kicks chara out of his body through the power of MEMES (which is basically a type advantage against chara by the way she reacts to it XD)
(Also, another fun fact is that the lyrics to that song were written at like 2am)

I am going to score every single sans au theme based on 3 factors: originality, how good it sounds, and how much the song fits the sans. I will be rating it out of 45 total points, 10 for originality, 10 for sound quality, and 25 for how well it fits, this is going to take me like 4 hours, because I am going research every sans I don’t know, which is like 3/4’s of them, wish me luck

How well it fits: 23/25
Notes: since this was the first song to use the megalovania theme, it is very original, the song is an obvious bop, or why else would we be here, and this theme just fits genocide sans very well, the only complaint I have is that there isn’t a single trace of sans. In here, but oh well

Notes: I love this song because it does what I wanted in the original megalovania, adds leitmotifs. Granted, some of the leitmotifs don’t really fit sans, but its a great original song to say the least
